Interactive Medicine, Inc. (IMI) is an industry pioneer in telemedicine, tele-ophthalmology and tele-prevention. The company entered the market by using its proprietary telemedicine software package, PARADIGM, to act as the fundamental core to enable facilities, medical institutions and private practitioners to improve the quality of care, and access to specialty services, to patients with deteriorating conditions, new symptoms requiring immediate intervention as well as to those individuals who were geographically challenged in efforts to obtain medical intervention. This provided the patient with the highest level of clinical care that may have been previously unavailable in addition to ensuring the Company’s clients with new sources of revenue and ways to improve the delivery of care.

IMI’s products and services are applicable to a number of medical specialties including, but not limited to: pathology, infectious disease, radiology, dermatology, wound care, cardiology and ophthalmology. IMI has been delivering its PARADIGM telemedicine solution for nearly a decade to locations such as correctional institutions, ambulance services, off-shore oil drilling rigs, etc.

Within the past two years, IMI identified significant opportunities within tele-ophthalmology and tele-prevention, specifically for the imaging and examination of diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma, two medical concerns that are reaching epidemic proportions worldwide. Subsequently the Company, with the support of its associates and affiliates, has successfully developed, made available and is currently providing a comprehensive tele-ophthalmology solution to medical facilities and Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) providing significant benefits to clients and patients while ensuring the company and its partners recurring revenue based upon the ongoing care and medical management of existing and new patients.
